Paywast signed a contract with Balkh Chamber of Commerce & Industries, BalkhCCI, on December 6th, 2013. Based on this contract BalkhCCI will use Paywast’s Payam services to send their businessmen business law notes as well as business rights, rules and regulations. Payam services will allow the business owners to not only receive short messages but also respond and ask questions. These questions will be directly responded by Balkh Chamber of Commerce & Industries. This contract is funded by GIZ, a German organization that has supported Afghanistan’s reconstruction since 2002. BalkhCCI is one of the provincial branch chambers of the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce & Industries, ACCI that was established based on Chamber Law 2009. ACCI is an independent organization that was established in 1931 to serve the advocacy and business needs for a growing private sector economy. Over 90 % of the total Afghan work force is represented by ACCI.
