Azmon Inc., in cooperation with The Asia Foundation (TAF) and with the financial support of USAID, conducted week-long training to 600 math and science teachers through the “Support for girls in preparation for Kankor examination” project across 8 zones in Afghanistan. The goal of these training sessions was to enable the teachers to learn how to use the Azmon application and how to better prepare for the Kankor exam, so that their students would have access to quality study materials that would enable them to prepare for the Kankor (Afghanistan’s university entrance exam. 300 schools were selected from all provinces of the country to participate in the Azmon training. Mr. Sayeed Asghar Haidari, Director at the General Directorate of Science and Education Technology (GDSET) of the Ministry of Education, inaugurated the first week-long training held in Kabul. Major training materials included Kankor Preparation Guide, Methods of Success in Kankor, video-lessons, and the Azmon App.
