Paywast signed an agreement with Radio Qoyash on November 10th, 2012 to allow the network to use Paywast Payam 3 services in its listening areas. In accordance with the contract, the network will use Paywast Payam 3 service to receive SMS feedback from its listeners from across Faryab province.
Launched in January 2005 by technical and financial assistance from Canadian government, Radio Qoyash was the first independent local women radio station in Faryab province which broadcasts its program predominantly in Uzbek language. The radio broadcasts on 89.0 FM on a radius of 25 km in the city of Maymana and surrounding areas.
